I am being threatened with incarceration on Monday, December 14, 2009, as a result of corruption in our judicial system in Glynn County, Georgia. I have been in business in this community since 1970, and have been an active member of the community – I am a past Chairman of the BOE – I was foreman of a Grand Jury – And a ten year member of the Governor’s Resource Council for Jekyll Island In 1972, I was divorced. Since 1976, the alimony issue has been litigated six times by three different judges who ruled I was not in contempt for not paying alimony, because my ex-wife violated the divorce decree by abandoning our two children, whom I raised and educated. That was the rule of the case until it was taken up by attorney Nathan Williams, the son of Amanda Williams, Chief Judge of the Superior Court of Glynn County, Georgia. He occupies an office owned by his mother, and Chief Judge Williams has a vested interest in his financial success.
