Government Corruption and Conspiracy in Brunswick, Glynn County, Georgia

Joe Iannicelli explains the corruption in our local judicial system. TRANSCRIPT My name is Joe Iannicelli. I just had my 80th birthday in August. I am being threatened with incarceration on Monday, December 14, 2009, as a result of corruption in our judicial system in Glynn County, Georgia. I have been in business in this community since 1970, and have been an active member of the community – I am a past Chairman of the BOE – I was foreman of a Grand Jury – And a ten year member of the Governor’s Resource Council for Jekyll Island In 1972, I was divorced. Since 1976, the alimony issue has been litigated six times by three different judges who ruled I was not in contempt for not paying alimony, because my ex-wife violated the divorce decree by abandoning our two children, whom I raised and educated. That was the rule of the case until it was taken up by attorney Nathan Williams, the son of Amanda Williams, Chief Judge of the Superior Court of Glynn County, Georgia. He occupies an office owned by his mother, and Chief Judge Williams has a vested interest in his financial success. A recent contempt ruling obtained by Nathan Williams, written by his mother’s clerk, reversed 37 years of prior litigation. The prior attorney representing my former wife was Tony Harrison. He gave this dead case to Nathan Williams in exchange for Chief Judge Amanda Williams support in Tony Harrisons campaign for Judge.
